MCSHERRYSTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) -
A woman tried to coax a 13-year-old Adams County boy into her car Tuesday afternoon, McSherrystown police said.
In a press release, police say the boy was in a business parking lot on the 600 block of Main Street when a woman with gray, shoulder-length hair and glasses asked for his name and address and insisted on giving him a ride home. Police say she also asked him if he needed a place to stay.
Police say the woman was driving a brown Dodge Durango with darkly-tinted back windows. They are calling the incident a child luring.
