CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -
An Etters man drove himself to the Pennsylvania State Police station in Carlisle at 4:30 one morning and made a strange confession.
"[He] drove to the station, walked into the lobby, identified himself, and informed the Police Communications Officer that he had no license, was driving a stolen vehicle and that he was severely intoxicated," state police said in a press release.
A police investigation revealed that Ty Delp Jr., 31, was telling the truth. He has been charged with driving under the influence and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
