Reward offered in armed robbery

Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information in an armed robbery.

Two robbers were armed with a handgun when they demanded money from the Herr's Market at 1406 River Road in East Donegal Township on November 18, but fled when the clerk resisted, according to police.

One of the robbers was described as a white male wearing a red jacket and a camouflage hood covering his head. The other was said to be a white male with a camouflage jacket and a hood over his head.

They were reported to be driving an older model Ford conversion van, maroon in color, with a light colored line running the length of the vehicle and chromed running boards on the sides.
