Police are investigating an incident where someone broke a window and ransacked areas of a West Shore church.
West Shore Regional police said it appears as though the burglar or burglars were looking for cash at Grace United Methodist Church, at 309 Herman Avenue in Lemoyne, during the break-in between Sunday evening and Monday morning.
At this time, the loss to the church appears to be very minimal, police said.
A second incident was reported near Grace United, at 225 South 3rd Street, where someone tried to break into the Player's Exchange during the same time period, police said.
Police said the incidents are believed to be connected.
Anyone with information is asked to call the West Shore Regional Police Department at 717-238-9676.
