A man was killed Tuesday morning in a crash in Schuylkill County.
Forty-six-year-old Robert J. Taylor, of Scranton, lost control of a box truck while traveling on Route 25 in Hegins Township, state police said.
Taylor went off the roadway and counter-steered into the oncoming lane before he struck a tree and crashed into a fence at the entrance to the Camp-A-While campground, police said.
His passenger, 34-year-old Paul Frisbie, also of Scranton, sustained minor injuries.
A second driver, 51-year-old Clinton Otto, swerved to avoid Taylor's truck and hit a nearby ditch, but was not injured.
Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene.
