HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

An Adams County man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Harrisburg on charges he assisted another man withhold evidence of the production and possession of child pornography.

Joshua Nace, 36, of New Oxford, was charged with accessory after the fact, misprision of felony and false statements, according to U.S. Attorney Peter Smith.

Nace is accused of assisting Michael Strausbaugh after Strausbaugh, also of New Oxford, was arrested last year for federal production and possession of child pornography charges, Smith said.

Strausbaugh and his wife Rebecca were convicted last year of engaging in sexually explicit conduct with an infant in their care for the purpose of producing pornographic images of the child.

Michael Strausbaugh was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison in May. Rebecca Strausbaugh received a sentence of 15 years in prison.
