YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -
A hit-and-run driver left behind a significant piece of evidence after crashing into another car and a building in York early Tuesday.
City police said the crash into Penn's Market at 4 a.m. caused the vehicle's bumper to fall off, along with its license plate.
Police said they quickly identified the owner, but continue to investigate who was driving.
The crash left a hole in the wall of the building and damaged several soda machines and displays inside.
