YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -
A jury in York County has returned a split verdict in the trial of a man accused in a 2011 shooting at Jamie's Courtside bar in Spring Garden Township.
Eric O. Dadeboe, 29, of York, was acquitted Thursday on a felony charge of aggravated assault and found guilty on a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment.
A sentencing hearing was scheduled for February 11.
Dadeboe in the early hours of June 20, 2011 allegedly fired two rounds inside the bar at 18 S. Belmont Street.
A bar patron struck by one of the rounds was critically wounded.
