Harrisburg police are investigating a shooting incident that took place early Sunday morning.
Officers who responded to the sound of gunfire along South Cameron Street at around 4:50 a.m. found two men, a 21-year-old and a 20-year-old, who were identified as victims in the incident.
The men said they were at the 2-5 Club and had some sort of encounter with other unidentified individuals, but the two victims left early to avoid problems, according to police.
While they were on foot, they said a car drove by slowly and someone fired a weapon at them. The 21-year-old has a permit to carry a concealed weapon. He had his revolver with him and fired at the car, police said.
The victims were not harmed. They did not know if anyone in the car was injured by the return fire, police said.
The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information may call Harrisburg police at 717-558-6900.
