GRANTHAM, Pa. (WHTM) -

A second suspect has been arrested for a gun theft in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County.

Township police said 20-year-old Anthony R. Godwin was taken into custody Wednesday when he stepped off a plane at Harrisburg International Airport.

Godwin, of Wellsville, was returning from Illinois where another suspect, 21-year-old Mason K. Dunne, was arrested Tuesday, police said.

Godwin and Dunne, of Dover, are accused of stealing a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle and a Browning 12-gauge shotgun, along with ammunition, from a residence in the 200 block of Bishop Road in Grantham on Monday, according to police.

Godwin was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy and then sent to Cumberland County Prison on $50,000 bail.

Dunne remains in custody in Illinois and faces separate charges in Illinois for possession of the guns.

When that case is complete, police said he will be extradited back to Pennsylvania for the theft charges.
