HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Harrisburg area woman was arrested after she threatened to kill elementary school-aged children at a bus stop, police said.

Simone L. Brooks, 35, of Lower Paxton Township, was taken into custody Friday morning outside her home in the 4100 block of Linden Street, according to township police.

Brooks was charged with terroristic threats, stalking and harassment for repeated incidents this week at the elementary school bus stop on Linden Street, police said.

In addition to threatening children, police said she behaved in a lewd manner.

She was being held in Dauphin County Prison on $50,000 bail.
