Police charged 19-year-old Benjamin Klinger with homicide for the death of his girlfriend, who died in a car crash on Dec. 2.
Crews were called to the early December crash on 283 southbound near Stickler Road around 2 a.m.
After an extensive investigation, police determined Klinger intentionally drove his car over 100 miles an hour into a guard rail to kill his girlfriend. Police said he then suffocated her by sitting on her while her face was in the ground.
