Police have arrested a man and woman after catching them with stolen copper in Lebanon.
30-year-old Alfredo Hernandez and 21-year-old Danielle Blair are charged with burglary, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, according to a news release.
On Friday, police say Hernandez and Blair were spotted along the 800 block of Willow St. pushing a garbage bin that had just been reported stolen.
Police say the bin was loaded with cut copper piping, which they determined was stolen during a break-in at the YMCA on the 900 block of Willow St.
Hernandez and Blair are in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail.
