State police are investigating a multi-vehicle accident on I-83 northbound between Shrewsbury and Glen Rock.
The incident happened just before 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 29. Dispatchers reported that at least six vehicles were involved including a tractor trailer.
Multiple people were sent to the hospital for various injuries.
All northbound lanes were closed for a couple of hours. They have since been reopened, but state police are still investigating the incident.
