LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -
Police in Manheim Township, Lancaster County are looking for a man wanted in a retail theft incident.
Township police said the man was seen leaving the Kmart at 1890 Fruitville Pike without paying for a cell phone the morning of December 24.
When he was confronted, the man returned the phone and fled, police said.
Police have released a surveillance photo from the store. Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call Manheim Township police at (717) 569-6401.
