Courtesy:BTW 21, MartinsvilleHenry County, VA-State Police are investigating a deadly wreck in Henry County Thursday afternoon.
Troopers say 72-year-old Buddy Lee Tuttle of Collinsville was on Route 220 North, near Route 657, when his pickup went off the right side of the road, struck a sign, and ended up in a ditch.
They say Lee was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
So far, there's no word on a possible cause.
