Big Lots in York Co. evacuated because of gas leak

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police are investigating the cause of a gas leak in York County.

Dispatchers said that the Big Lots at the intersection of Mount Zion and Whiteford Roads was evacuated around 11:20 a.m. on Jan. 13.

Emergency crews were at the scene, but there is no word of any customers or employees requiring treatment.

Officers are still reviewing the incident. The store has since reopened.
