Roanoke Co. Police Make Arrests in Larceny Case & High Speed Pursuit

Roanoke Co. VA - Roanoke County Police have charged three people with grand larceny following a theft and high-speed chase.

Police say 25-year-old Kelsie Troxell, 24-year-old Matthew Wade, and 22-year-old Russell Schuldt, all of California, are charged.

Investigators say around 2:00 p.m. Monday, Wade and Schuldt grabbed jewelry off the counter at Bishop's Fine Jewelry on Williamson Road and jumped into an SUV driven by Troxell.

Officers say they led police on a 20 minute chase, before getting out of the SUV and running off.

Police used dogs to find and arrest them.
