U.S. Marshals have arrested a Philadelphia man and are looking for second suspect wanted for a December murder in Harrisburg.

Stephen Davis, 26, was taken into custody Tuesday in his hometown of Philadelphia. He was brought back to Harrisburg and sent to Dauphin County Prison without bail, according to city police.

A second defendant, 31-year-old Winston Mitchell, also of Philadelphia, remains at large. Police said information provided in Philadelphia revealed he fled to a country in South America where he has relatives.

Both men face charges of murder, burglary, and criminal conspiracy in the December 4 execution-style killing of 35-year-old Luis Diaz.

Diaz was gunned down in his girlfriend's apartment in the 1100 block of Cloverly Road, in the Hoverter Homes community.

Investigators have said he was shot four times in the head and body with a .40-caliber weapon and died on the kitchen floor.
