Rockbridge Co., VA- A hiker rescued over the weekend in Rockbridge County is facing a child pornography charge in Lynchburg and scheduled to be in court next month.
We were working on a story about Chad Jarrett ‘s arrest a few days before the hiking accident, but it did not air.
According to Jarrett's Facebook page, he volunteered at Thomas Road Baptist Church's Power Point program, a ministry group of middle schoolers.
Police say the criminal investigation does not involve any of the children Jarrett worked with.
TRBC did not return our calls seeking comment.
