THOMASVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) -

A thief who made off with a wooden "Uncle Sam" returned to a York County business moments later and loaded up two more statues, according to police.

Northern York County Regional police said the owner of the business, in the 7000 block of Lincoln Highway West in Paradise Township, looked outside Wednesday morning and saw his three-foot tall Uncle Sam being loaded into a dark colored late model Honda or Toyota sedan.

The driver left the lot and traveled west on Lincoln Highway, only to return for a wooden Army soldier and a three-foot-tall Air Force statue, police said.

The driver was described as being about 5'10" tall and wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information may call the Northern York County Regional Police Department at 717-292-3647.
