HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
An overturned vehicle blocked the I-81 southbound express lane for about an hour and a half during the thick of the Friday morning commute.
State Police say the two-vehicle accident occurred at 8:25 a.m. near the Front Street exit off of the George Wade bridge in Susquehanna Township. The express lane was reopened at 10 a.m.
The crash involved a Ford Escape and Toyota Scion. The driver of the Escape was treated and released at the scene. The driver of the Scion was transported to the hospital with non-live threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
