About a dozen students from Dickinson College in Carlisle will be in Washington, D.C. Monday to attend the Presidential inauguration.
The ceremony will wrap up a class they took last semester about campaign strategies.
"Having the ability for these students from different parts of the country attend an inauguration...this could be a once in a lifetime event for them," said Brandon Lenoir, a professor at Dickinson College.
The group left around 6 a.m. hoping to beat traffic congestion around the nation's capitol. About 800,000 people are expected to attend the inauguration.
