LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lebanon man has been identified as a suspect in a shooting incident at a city playground nearly two weeks ago.

Angel Franqui-Pagan, 22, remains at large, but has been charged with counts including attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, reckless endangerment, and firearms violations, according to Lebanon police.

The charges stem from a shooting January 9 at the Beautex Playground at 12th and Buttonwood streets.

Police have said 33-year-old Christopher Barrett, also of Lebanon, was shot in the back as he ran from the playground. His injuries were not life threatening.

State police in Jonestown said they issued an additional arrest warrant for Pagan on charges stemming from a pursuit in Lebanon immediately following the shooting.

Troopers were assisting city police when they saw a black Honda that reportedly fled the playground area, and pursued the driver from 11th and Cumberland streets to the area of Spruce and Crowell streets.

For the pursuit, Pagan has been charged with fleeing and eluding, reckless endangerment, and summary traffic violations.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts may call Lebanon police at 717-272-6611 or state police in Jonestown at 717-865-2194.
