NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. (WHTM) -
New Cumberland residents on the 1700 block of Warren Street were asked to stay in their basement yesterday as police served a warrant to 48-year-old Jeffrey Shenck.
Shenck was charged with terroristic threats, harassment and criminal mischief. Police say Shenck surrendered without incident around 9:20 a.m. but they asked neighbors to stay away from doors and windows as a precaution.
His bail was set at $10,000.
