Lynchburg, VA - Lynchburg City Schools Superintendent Doctor Scott Brabrand presented his proposed 2013-2014 budget to the School Board Tuesday night.
His proposal includes a 2.5% salary increase for all employees, developing an elementary alternative education program and adding three gifted teachers to provide enhanced gifted services at each LCS elementary school.
These proposals would add $2.6 million to the budget.
