TONIGHT: Cloudy, light snow develops between 4-6am. Accumulation around 1 inch. Low temperatures between 22-26F.
MONDAY: Light sleet and freezing rain in the morning, followed by occasional light rain showers in the afternoon. Temperatures gradually warming to 35F.
The last week of January will bring a large variety of weather to the Midstate, and we'll start off with some light snow and ice. We expect the light snow to develop between 4-6am Monday morning with many areas receiving around an inch of snow. Between 7-11am, light sleet and freezing rain develops and will create a thin layer of ice on top of the snow. Temperatures will gradually warm above freezing, but not until the afternoon, which is when a few plain rain showers will move through the area.
