Fire crews battled a blaze at the York Town Center for about an hour Friday morning.
Businesses in the area were evacuated after the call came in around 9 a.m. They were allowed to reopen around 10:30 a.m.
The fire started at a Springettsbury Township construction site when some construction materials got too hot and a rubber roof caught on fire.
There was no damage to any of the other buildings.
