Radford, VA - Radford City Department of Police have made an arrest in a rape case from Friday. They say Shawn Emanuel Bonds, 34, of Radford has been linked to the rape of a 23-year-old woman from Pulaski. Officials tell us the rape happened early Friday morning in the 600 Block of Davis Street. Police say Bonds was arrested later Friday, without incident. He is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.
