Lancaster man wanted for homicide in Puerto Rico

Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads them to a former Lancaster man wanted for a homicide in Puerto Rico.

Carlos A. Ramos-Lebron, 22, had lived in Lancaster as recently as 2011 and may still have ties to the area, according to police. His last known address is the 400 block of West Vine Street.

It is unknown if he was able to flee Puerto Rico after the December 8 homicide, police said.

Police said Ramos-Lebron should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with tips regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers at (800) 322-1913 or anonymously text LANCS to 847411. Callers do not have to give their names.
