HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
Girard Street was shut down for three blocks for about two hours this morning while city workers made emergency repairs to a water main.
Harrisburg city spokesman Bob Philbin said no homes or businesses were affected by the break, which occurred on a small street.
Originally Philbin said the street would be closed from the intersection of Greenwood Street to the dead end from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
