HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
As of Sunday morning, Pennsylvania's 14 state-owned universities and the faculty union have reached a framework of an agreement.
The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) reported that this framework was reached following a weekend full of meetings between both sides.
The faculty have been working without a contract since June of 2011.
Health care coverage and pay for online teaching remain sticking points in negotiations.
APSCUF's negotiations committee will now vote on the proposal on Monday evening.
