I-83 reopens after deadly crash

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

State police are investigating a deadly crash in York County.

Investigators said it happened shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday night near the Newberrytown exit on I-83.

State police said one person was killed but would not release the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Both the northbound and southbound lanes were shut down as police investigated the crash. They reopened around midnight.
