Coroner identifies man killed in I-83 crash Sunday night

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

The York County coroner has identified the man killed in a crash on I-83 in York County Sunday night.

A deputy coroner identified the victim as 23-year-old James Robert Clipp Miller of Lewisberry. Officials said he was involved in a minor crash on I-83 south near the Newberrytown exit and was ejected from the vehicle because he was not wearing a seat belt. They said he was then struck by another car.

State police are investigating the crash. Both north and southbound lanes were shut down until approximately midnight.
