Three people were treated at hospitals for knife injuries following two weekend incidents in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County.
Township police said a 22-year-old Susquehanna Township man received a minor injury to his hand while pushing away an attacker's knife in the Lakewood Hills apartment complex early Saturday.
The incident began as a fight at a Harrisburg restaurant and moved to the intersection of Samoset Drive and King Russ Road, where the attacker told the others to meet him, police said.
The attacker, known only as Sayeed, then pulled a long kitchen knife from his pants and threatened the victim, police said.
In the second incident early Monday, police said they were dispatched to the Twin Lakes apartment complex for a stabbing victim who was knocking on doors on Lakepoint Drive.
The victim, a 43-year-old resident of the apartment complex, had been stabbed in the arm and was transported to a hospital by ambulance.
While dealing with him, police said they were dispatched to another location in the complex for another stabbing victim.
That victim, a 23-year-old resident of the complex, had been stabbed in the head and had other injuries, police said.
Neither person sustained life threatening injuries.
Police said they are attempting to piece together evidence to determine what happened.
