Police in Lancaster County have made a second arrest in a home invasion robbery where a 22-year-old man reported he was forced to the floor at gunpoint and restrained with a nylon belt.
Northern Lancaster County Regional police said 25-year-old Jonathon A. Seager was charged with robbery, theft and unlawful restraint after officers executed a search warrant at his home in the 200 block of West Burkholder Road in Clay Township.
Police last week searched another home in the 200 block of West Burkholder and arrested 25-year-old David Figueroa on charges of robbery, theft, unlawful restraint, and a firearms violation.
The robbery occurred January 28 in the 1400 block of Furnace Hills Road, where the son of the home owners told officers he was sleeping on the couch and was awakened by two men who pointed a shotgun at his face.
He said that while he was tied up and his parents were asleep, the robbers searched the room and took several items including a video game system, a cell phone, wallet and cash, according to police.
The victim also reported that a small amount of marijuana and a "mini-bong" water pipe was stolen, police said.
Police said the victim was restrained for about 15 minutes until he was freed by his father.
