Charges are pending against two New Freedom teenagers who allegedly used a stolen propane torch to burn lewd graffiti into the wall of a Shrewsbury business.
Southern York County Regional police said the 15- and 16-year-old were on probation for a previous vandalism when they scorched a wash bay wall panel Friday at the Shrewsbury Wash-n-Store on Constitution Avenue.
Estimated damage to the wash bay is approximately $200, police said.
The two faces charges of arson, risking a catastrophe, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief.
A third juvenile is being charged with the theft of the propane torch, police said.
