HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

An 11-year-old Allison Hill boy told officers he was robbed at gunpoint while walking to a city store, according to Harrisburg police.

The boy reported that the robber tapped him on the shoulder and demanded money at South 17th and Berryhill streets Friday night, police said.

He said that he had no money, so he gave the robber an ACCESS card that belonged to a family member, according to police.

The robber then walked off without harming the child.

He was described as a thin teen, about 5'5" tall, and wearing a white tank top shirt and a dark doo rag, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Harrisburg police at 717-255-3114 or Dauphin County Police dispatch at 717-558-6900.
