GLEN ROCK, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police in York County have arrested a man they say admitted to burglarizing four homes in Glen Rock Borough as far back as March 2012.

Most recently, police say he burglarized a home on New St. in Glen Rock Borough between 5:30 and 9:30 a.m. on Friday. After the burglary, Southern York County Regional police say they identified the suspect as Robert Krug, 23, of no fixed address.

Sergeant Darryl Smuck said they found Krug -- with the stolen money -- that same day.

Smuck said Krug admitted to burglarizing the home and, when presented with evidence of other burglaries, admitted to three others - and one attempted burglary -- dating back to March and October of 2012.

Police say Krug burglarized an unoccupied residence on Baltimore Street during the day. In addition, they say he hit the same home on Hayward Heights twice. The first time the burglary was successful the second time he was scared off when the homeowner turned on an outside light.

Krug has been charged with the burglary and was being held on $25,000 bail.
