He's a loving child who spent some time
with a pet therapy group that visits nursing homes. As you can see, he's a dog
lover and dogs love him! Shaq is hoping to get out of the foster care system
and into a permanent home.
All he needs is a family to see this about him.

"He just needs some guidance like any other kid. Love, attention. The
