Worker stole $200K from employer, police say

Police in Lancaster County said they have filed a criminal complaint against a former health club employee who stole more than $200,000 from the business.

Thomas W. Kulp, 46, manipulated payroll and used business accounts to obtain money and services for his own personal benefit while he was employed by Universal Athletic Club, at 2323 Oregon Pike, between 2006 and February 2012, according to Manheim Township police.

Kulp, who now lives in New Mexico, has been charged with five counts of theft by deception and one count of theft of services, police said.
