Sinkhole opens in Derry Township

HERSHEY, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police are reporting a sinkhole opening in Derry Township on Monday evening.

Dispatchers say that PennDOT is heading to the site of the incident on East Derry Road, which is closed westbound at Chocolate Avenue.

The sinkhole was noticed at around 8 p.m.
