Shamrock Race Raises $8,000 for Free Clinic of Danville

Danville, VA-- About 150 people in Danville were getting in the St. Patrick's Day spirit, and getting into shape.

Saturday was the 20th Annual Shamrock 5K Run and Walk. The race is held every St. Patrick's Day weekend. It was held at the Riverwalk Trail.

All proceeds from the race go the Free Clinic of Danville. Including donations from sponsors, he race raised $8,000.
