VINTON, Va. (AP) -- Thirty jobs at Precision Fabrics Group Inc.'s plant in Vinton are being eliminated.
Plant manager Mike Maust tells media outlets that the cuts are due to a decline in demand for the company's military products.
Maust says the company's military business has experienced double-digit percentage losses for five consecutive quarters.
He says the company is disappointed but it considers the decline a temporary setback.
About 200 people are employed at the Vinton plant.
