A former music teacher at Bible Baptist School will plead guilty to charges he fondled and inappropriately touched young boys, according to his attorney.

Attorney Karl Rominger told abc27 News that 58-year-old William Jackson will answer to most of the 23 counts against him when he enters the plea next week.

Jackson entered a tentative plea agreement in Cumberland County court this morning.

"We have worked out the parameters of a plea agreement," Rominger said. "The victim's families and my client's family would like to all be present in the courtroom, and so logistically we need to schedule a time and date for that to happen."

Jackson, of New Cumberland, was arrested in September for having inappropriate contact with seven boys as young as 10 years old.

According to the criminal complaint, one student told investigators that Jackson fondled him while his pants were down and sometimes gave him private massages while the two were alone together in the music room.

Other boys reported that Jackson beginning in 2009 touched their groins over their clothing, kissed them on the cheek, massaged their buttocks, and spoke to them of masturbation and pornography during private music lessons and counseling sessions in the music room, according to the complaint.
