Authorities are investigating two burglaries in the same block of North 6th Street in Harrisburg.
On Tuesday, March 19, at around 10 a.m. Susquehanna Township Police were called to the 3700 block of North 6th Street to investigate a burglary at Sisco's Pizza.
According to police, employees arrived at work to find windows smashed out and damage to equipment inside.
Further investigation revealed that at some point between 6:30 p.m. on Monday and 10 a.m. on Tuesday, someone had entered Sisco's Pizza by smashing two windows in the dining area.
Once inside, the burglars damaged items and stole an undetermined amount of cash.
While investigating this incident, police were alerted to a second burglary that occurred at the Color Nails Salon in the same block of North 6th Street.
Police determined that during the same time frame, someone had smashed a rear window to this business and entered the establishment. The burglars caused damage inside and stole an undetermined amount of cash.
Footprints in the snow showed that two people were involved, and the footprints appeared to go between Sisco's Pizza and Color Nails Salon.
