The snow is now tapering a bit and it will start to mix with sleet and rain showers helping to limit further accumulations for the rest of the afternoon. The general forecast of 2-5" across the viewing area seems in line with reported totals -- some areas did see up to 6 inches in parts of southern Adams and York counties. By the evening commute, the storm will essentially shut off and only lingering rain and/or snow showers will remain. Highs are expected to be in the upper 30s.
The rest of the week will remain cooler than normal with a few clouds from time to time and breezy conditions too. By the weekend, temperatures rebound a bit and we might actually have highs back in the 50s.
