Waynesboro police said they have concluded an investigation into a pedestrian accident that critically injured a borough man last month.
Waynesboro Police Chief Jim Sourbier said Tuesday that no charges are pending against the driver who struck Alan Moats on the night of February 26.
Moats was struck while crossing East Second Street at the intersection of Enterprise Avenue.
He was transported to Meritus Hospital in Hagerstown and was listed in critical condition following the accident.
A hospital spokeswoman said he remained at the hospital on Tuesday.
