MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Two people face charges after a weekend DUI crash in Cumberland County.

On Saturday at around 2:40 a.m. a patrol officer in the 6500 block of Carlisle Pike saw an SUV driving erratically on the roadway. The driver refused to pull over.

Later police found the SUV on its roof in the driveway of a residence in the 1200 block of Bent Creek Boulevard.

The driver, identified as 20-year-old Brandon Scott of Lemoyne, was partially ejected from the vehicle. Emergency response personnel were able to extract him from the SUV.

Scott was treated at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and released. He faces several charges including DUI and fleeing police.

As rescue crews were tending to the driver, his passenger—25-year-old Neil Scott—became hostile towards the EMS crew.

He is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public drunkenness.
