NEWPORT, Pa. (WHTM) -

State police in Perry County are investigating acts of vandalism that left at least 10 cars damaged in Millerstown and Liverpool.

The vandals were in an unknown vehicle, possibly a red or blue pickup truck, that traveled along the area of Market Street, Front Street and Pine Street in Liverpool late Wednesday, and used a blunt object to damage the side mirrors, windows and windshields of vehicles parked along the streets, police said in a news release.

At least six cars were damaged during the incident, which occurred before midnight, police said.

Four additional cars were damaged in Millerstown early Thursday, when vandals again used a blunt object to damage the side mirrors of vehicles parked along North Market Street, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Newport at 717-567-3110.
